Returns Policy

At SilkKiss we strive to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, all enquiries and orders are managed with efficiency and to the best of our ability.

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase but in case you do find an issue after purchase, we are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange if you are not entirely satisfied with your items subject to below conditions.

You have the right to cancel your order within 10 days of your contract with SilkKiss and your payment including originally paid postage will be fully returned (apart from when you have not paid for postage, in which case it will not be refunded). We must stress that in order to qualify for a refund, the items must be returned to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging and unused. The item must be returned within 10 days of purchase and a copy of the receipt should be enclosed in the parcel.

If you are returning a damaged or faulty product, we will pay the cost of your return. If your return is for any other reason, you are responsible for the cost of the return and we suggest you use Recorded Delivery and/or Proof of Posting. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

All successfully returned items can only be credited to the account originally used to purchase the items.

With exchanges, your new item(s) will be dispatched to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which might be required.

Promotional or discounted items do not qualify for an exchange or refund.

When ordering 'a pair' of silk pillowcases, these will automatically be send as 'a pair' instead of two individual items.
